Spanish team arrived to Cali last wednesday to participate in Tissot UCI World Cup, it will be held in Cali next february 17, 18 and 19.

Spanish team was honored in Madrid by Spanish Olympic Committe presidente, Mr Alejandro Blanco, and Real Spanish Federation of Cycling, Mr. Jose Luis Lopez Cerron.
Spain has arrived to Cali with riders very strong, very competitive, looking for classify to Hong Kong World Championship in Men Teams pursuit, and to confirm the good moment in sprint, team sprint and madison.
Team is leaded by ex-rider Salvador Meliá, and they have housed in Flamingo Hotel, in Cali downtown, and they start the accommodation to city by riding in the avenues of Cali´s south.
Today they went to the Alcides Nieto Patiño track in the morning and they continues training in the same time until wednesday 15, when UCI schedulled the official training sessions.
Spanish team is leaded by olympic riders Tania calvo and Helena Casas, leaders of UCI World Ranking in team sprint; and its complemented by sprinters Juan Peralta, Pepe Moreno and Alejandro Martínez, and endurance riders Julio Alberto Amores, Xavier Cañellas, Enrique Sanz, Eloy Teruel, Illart Zuazukiskar, Ane Iriarte, Ziortza Isasi, Marga Lopez, Gloria Rodríguez and Ana Usabiaga.
Other delegations arrive to Cali
Today will arrive other delegations like Belgium, Russia and Poland. Tomorrow saturday will arrive Germany, Hungary and Malaysia. Sunday 12 will arrive Great Britain, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, Italy, Azerbaijan, Ukraine and Belarus.
Next Monday 13 will arrive Australia, France, Norway, Kazajstan and South Korea.
Next Tuesday 14 will arrive Denmark, Trinidad and Tobago, Chinese Taipei, Lithuania, China Popular Republic, Finland, Ireland, India and Czech Republic.
Finally, on wednesday 15 will arrive Mexico and Surinam.
