Great Britain won Tissot UCI Track Cycling World Cup First Stage in Glasgow

2016-2017 Tissot UCI Track Cycling World Cup starts in Glasgow this weekend with Great Britain winning and demostrating the great level of british riders in different races of sprint and endurance.

British delegation won the male Team Sprint (Jack Carlin, Ryan Owens and Joe Truman), womens Omnium with Emily Kay, womens Madison (Katie Archibald and Manon Lloyd), and the two races of team persecution: men (Kian Emadi-Coffin, Mark Stewart, Andrew Tennant, Oliver Wood and Matthew Bostock) and women (Eleanor Dickinson, Emily Kay, Manon Lloyd, Emily Nelson and Danielle Khan).

Great Britain won five gold medals, and without doubts, won the first stage of Tissot UCI World Cup in 2016-2017 season in Glasgow.

Next Tissot UCI World Cup stage will be in Netherlands, on next weekend, and the third stage will be in february, in Cali.
