48 delegations, 39 countries and 9 professional tack teams begin this friday at 14 hours in Alcides Nieto patiño Velodrome, third stage of Tissot UCI World Cup in Cali, scenary to win points to classify to Hong Kong World Championships in next april.
Schedulle starts at 14:00 hours with men and female Teams Sprint classification, female Omnium and men teams pursuit.
