Great Britain, Australia and France have confirmed complete teams.

Alcides Nieto Patiño velodrome will be the scenary of the emotions next January 16 to 18, 2015.

The three delegations with the majority of gold medalist in the world track cycling have confirmed, with complete quota, their presence in the track of the Alcides Nieto Patiño Velodrome.

Great Britain, Australia and France have confirmed the maximum number of riders permited by UCI, because this stage is valid to classify to the next World Championship in France, and to the next Olympic Games in Brazil.

Also, Azerbaiyan have confirmed his presence in Cali.

Francois Pervis, three times gold medalist in Cali velodrome track, have confirmed his presence in France delegation, with Gregory Bauge, european sprint champion, title won two weeks ago in Guadalupe.

Three great riders, born in Colombia, have confirmed too.  They are Fabian Puerta, keirin silver medalist, Edwin Avila, points race world champion, and Juan Esteban Arango, two times winner of gold medal in World Cup season 2011-2012.

Puerta won two silver medals in keirin and sprint races in the first stage of World Cup UCI in Guadalaja.  Puerta was a great rider in the last World Championship with his silver medal in Keirin.

Avila, winner of points race in World Championships of 2011 and 2014, wants to win again because he was born in Cali and he was joy reason in the last World Championship, after won the gold medal to Colombia.

Arango, return to track, after two years in the route with Colombia Team, racing in the Giro de Italia, and now he is looking for the classification to World Championship and Olympic Games.

Arango was sixth place in omnium race in Guadalajara, but he was two times winner of this race in the 2011-2012 season, in Cali and London.
