The Colombian Fabian Puerta confirmed his power on the track to hang a new gold medal, this time in the Keirin and kept his country in the first place in the medals table after the second day of competition at the first stage of the World Cup Track UCI Cali 2012, held at the Velodrome Alcides Nieto Patiño of Cali Colombia. With this gold medal Colombian delegation has five medals, three gold and two bronze.

Other countries that have so far risen to the top of the podium celebrating with the gold medal are Italy twice, and on one occasion, Australia, Britain, Germany and Hong Kong.

This Saturday on the last day of competition delivered four gold medals and trophy to the country stop champion Santiago de Cali.

The last four gold medals will be awarded in the Keirin and Omnium ladies, and men's points race and speed.

The evening was rounded to the Colombian sports in Cali velodrome lived triumph of the Colombia Soccer Paraguay 2-0 in World Cup qualifying for Brazil 2014 and then celebrate with the triumph of the Track Cycling , unforgettable day for Colombian sports.
